Skoll's body is much larger and taller than the average cat thanks to the Maine Coon mix in his blood. He is very muscular but not bulky, has large paws and with a longer, heavier tail length that allows him to balance easily when climbing trees. These attributes are from an extremely small amount of snow leopard DNA that ironically came from his loner mothers side as opposed to his fathers side. He is considered incredibly handsome, though he doesn't acknowledge it. His pelt is very thick and fluffy, which helps him stay warm in the freezing temperatures of IceClan. His markings are similar to a snow Bengal, with a mix of dark gray and dove gray Bengal spots that adorn his upper flank. Dark gray stripes run down his legs and paws, along with his cheeks, forehead and chest. His main coat is white and he has dark gray ears with tufts on the ends that rise from his head. His eyes are a pale shade of gold that almost look luminescent in the sunlight. Skoll has three claw marks on his left flank, with two more scratches on his nose and a small triangle missing out of his right ear.

	Skoll is devastatingly handsome and he uses it and his adept way with words to his advantage. He can bend and sculpt with his words until he has others believing that they are breathing just because he allows them do do it, he can make up every reality into a favorable situation for him and bend the unbreakable with a mere smile. He manipulates others with ease and cares little for the consequences, as long as the ending is in his favor. He is extremely loyal to his clan and siblings, his vision of their future is clear and he will do whatever it takes to attain it. He is remorseless to his enemies, but will consider alliances for his clans gain. However he is prone to switch sides depending on the situation and he always favors the winning side. His demeanor outside and inside the clan is cold and guarded. Besides Hati, he never allows anyone to get too close a glimpse at who he is behind an unreadable mask. Therefore no one - not even his own clanmates - know what he is truly thinking or what his goals are. Despite his cold exterior, he is loved by his clan. Skoll is considered the strongest and most clever King to have been on the throne and his clan respects him greatly. Though his cunning is unmatched, he can also be uncaring and cruel when it suits him.

   
   

It was during the reign of Freyr Snowkissed that the Wolfwatch thegn fell in love with a loner named Demetra. Despite the kindness of their queen, mating outside the clan was seen as extremely dishonorable to the ancestors but so in love was Fenrir that he did not care. Demetra was equally head over heels but when Fenrir asked her to join IceClan, she refused. She felt as though to join the clan would mean putting herself in a cage and as a feline who thrived on freedom, she could not accept his offer. Heartbroken and furious, Fenrir cast Demetra out of his life and promised that if she were to ever return, he would tear her throat out. 

And to their surprise, she returned nine moons later and not alone. 

They reunited on the border between AutumnClan and IceClan during one of his patrols and just as he was about to carry out his promise, he noticed three mewling kits beside her in the snow. Demetra could not care for them in the wild as she had hoped and had no choice but to bring them to Fenrir and beg him to care for them. His clanmates mocked him as they watched, mocked his children for being halfbreeds and his weakness for loner females. A few cried out for him to kill all four of them right there on the spot and be done with it. Yet... Fenrir could not. He ordered the berserkers to take the kits back to Wolfwatch, barely glancing at them before turning back to Demetra. 

When he returned to Wolfwatch, his coat was stained with blood. 

The kits were handed off to a nursing queen at the camp, who grudgingly accepted them without question. Fenrir spurned them as he did Demetra, knowing that he could not afford to be seen as weak by his berserkers. Who already spat and disrespected him at every turn for mating with a loner. His children were a stain on his honor, one he never outgrew his disgust for. He named the youngest tom Managarmr and the twins (a male and female) he named Hati and Skoll, meaning "She Who Hates" and "Treachery". 

Skoll, Hati and Managarmr were seen as little more than outcasts as they grew up within Wolfwatch. IceClan is not a place for halfbreeds to grow up and they were taught from a very young age that they would receive no affection nor warmth from the clan. Even as kits, they were hounded and beaten by other kits and older drengr. Over and over they broke their little bones from being pushed over a sharp cleft in camp or accidentally thrown through a nest of spiked thorns. They were the last to eat and even then, food was very rare. Often they went hungry and Fenrir did nothing to help them. 

They learned to rely on one another when they could not rely on their own clanmates. Together, their bond strengthened and became unbreakable. They would not break no matter what cruelty befell upon them. They could rely on no one but each other. 

When the day came to become drengr, they did not tremble with fear as their abusers thought they would. Skoll stepped infront of his brother and sister, head held high as his gazed straight into the eyes of Freyr Snowkissed and dared to snarl at her. 

So amused was she that she took him on as her drengr. Many members of the clan grew furious of the decision. It is very rare for royalty to take on a drengr and a half-breed at that. Yet none dare challenged the Queen on her decision. Hati was given to a berserker in Wolfwatch, forced to endure the seemingly endless cruelty and abuse she had grown up with. Managarmr was sent to Frostvale to train as a skald, though he was treated no better than his sister.

Skoll, however, was shown kindness and warmth for the first time in his life. Freyr taught him the ways of IceClan, of StarClan and their ancestors. Though her instruction was harsh and brutal, Skoll grew stronger and more confident. Freyr became like the mother he never had, and she thought of him as the son she would never bear. They grew close, so close that she taught him the secret combat techniques handed down through her family since Thor Lightningchosen's reign. 

He was overjoyed when the day came to complete his journey to the Mountain of Trials alongside his brother and sister, who he had rarely seen during his time in the main camp. Hati had become her namesake, and was hateful and viscous but he loved her nonetheless. His twin had never forgotten the bond they shared and they vowed to one another that it will never break. Managarmr had the voice of a sweet songbird but was unchanged nonetheless. He was shy and gentle, if not absurdly kind in spite of his upbringing and marks of abuse he earned in Frostvale. 

As they began their journey up the mountain alongside a few other drengr, they had forgotten the warnings Freyr had given them. Had forgotten the recent reports of drengr traveling to the mountain and never returning... of blood and fur and screams that could be heard from it's speak as drengr were led to their deaths. For a an old snow lynx named Storm made it's home upon the peak and for many moons it hunted down those wishing to become berserkers. 

Three days later, the siblings and other drengr nearly reached the snowdrops at the top when a low growl reminded them of the beast. It lunged itself at the drengr, ripping at soft flesh with long, hideous claws. Hot blood splattered across Skoll's face as he watched in pure horror as the lynx's canines sank into the neck of one of the drengr and cracked their spine. Hati did not hesitate as she threw herself upon the lynx, throwing herself into a battle-fury as she hurled herself at the lynx, claws outstretched and ready to rip it apart. One glance over his shoulder at Managarmr trembling in fright was all Skoll needed to launch himself at their foe as well. 

The battle raged on, both sides earning numerous wounds. The lynx severely wounded Hati by burying it's teeth into her spine and it was in that moment that Skoll screamed in fear and threw himself upon Storm, clawing its eyes and guiding it to the cliff's edge. The last thing he heard before they fell into the abyss below was Hati's shocked cry. 

Bone crunched on impact - only they were not his own. By the will of StarClan, the lynx had taken the brunt of the fall and was but a pile of meat and crushed bone beneath his paws. Skoll had slain the accursed Lynx of the Peak. 

Following his victory, he had carried Hati back to the main camp alongside a trembling Managarmr. Once she was seen to by the seer, he retold his tale to Freyr Snowkissed and was met with stunned silence when he finished. The Queen gifted him the byname Stormbreaker and he was deeply respected by the other berserkers from then on. His sister was not so lucky. They named her Hati Wolfwatcher, for she would always belong to Wolfwatch and did not commit a deed worth retelling. Managarmr was given the name Sparrowsong, for his soft tunes became known throughout all of IceClan. 

Ten moons later, a terrible accident occured. Hati, Skoll and Managarmr were out on a raid of near MoonClan's border when Managarmr lost his footing during the battle and fell into the gorge below. Nightstar, the leader of MoonClan did nothing as he watched the skald attempt to find purchase on the rocks, nor did any of the other MoonClan warriors present. However Managarmr survived, but recieved fatal wounds from the collision. In their desperation, Skoll and Hati seeked out SunClan and begged them to help their brother for they knew he was beyond their seer's talents. Yet SunClan turned them away and Managarmr Sparrowsong died from his wounds. 

Both Hati and Skoll were overtaken by unquenchable fury and the burning need for justice. They marched back to IceClan and demanded that Freyr Snowkissed go to war against SunClan and MoonClan for their role in their brother's death. With all of IceClan united, they could storm their territory and get justice with the blood of their brothers and sisters. 

No matter how much her heart ached for Skoll, the Queen denied their pleas. Outraged, Skoll called her weak and cowardly, telling all who gathered that IceClan would never prosper under the leadership of such utter frailty. "Peace? What peace? The other Clans do nothing as they watch our kits die of starvation! They could have helped, but they did nothing to help my brother! If you believe that is peace then you are not fit to be Queen!" 

Tears burned in his eyes as he finished, the clanmates around him murmuring their agreement. Sadness like no other filled him, for he knew he was about to betray the she-cat who was like a mother to him. Who taught him kindness and love. But those things did not matter, he realized. They never did. He did not need love nor a mother. IceClan and his sister were all he ever needed to prevail. 

Skoll challenged Freyr Snowkissed to single combat for the throne. There was little resistance by the members of IceClan, for Skoll had long been persuading them to his side. A new ferocity glinted in their eyes as they formed a circle to allow them to battle. 

Despite her soft name, Freyr Snowkissed was Queen for a reason. She was a talented warrior, unbeaten by any inside or outside of IceClan whereas Skoll was beaten every single day of his life as a kit. He knew what it was to lose and he learned from it with each new scar and broken bone. Their battle lasted mere moments before Skoll had the Queen pinned beneath him, claws digging into her chest. Only sadness glimmered in her eyes as he leaned forth and dug his incisors into her throat, crushing her lungs until she finally fell limp. 

Thus Skoll Stormbreaker became King of IceClan. In the first few days of his reign, he had exiled his father Fenrir from IceClan and made Hati the new thegn of Wolfwatch. Together, he and Hati slipped into MoonClan territory in the dead of night where they found Nightstar on his regular patrol with a few clanmates. Hati and Skoll leapt upon the passing clan, killing them all with ease until only Nightstar lay fighting for breath upon the forest floor.  

Nightstar was slain, but no one knows by whom or what. Only that he was strangely close to the IceClan border when it happened.
